Ao no Exorcist Bluray Batch

Another batch completed, I v2 most of the files since I did a few small styling changes and fix some font issues with mkvmerge. Get the patches and run them to bring up to date your current files. I will seed the 720p first and then the 1080p, this is because they are pretty big and I can't do them at the same time. So if you have patched them all and would like to help seeding that would be greatly appreciate it. Lastly, I would like to thank those who help out with this release. Thanks to both EragonLegeng for translating most of the omakes and to storm for putting them together in a script. Thanks to Lord-Aizen for stepping up and helping with translating one of the omakes. And finally, thanks to Vash for hosting the 720p versions on his bot.
